Chkdsk flag: When set to 1, Windows NT® must perform the chkdsk /F command on the volume after the next boot, before any user logon.
Version numbers: Those are the version number of the NTFS driver that created the volume. The usual purpose of version numbers is to detect data structure incompatibility accross versions, in order to handle them correctly.
