Interest

This is a system file containing an Unicode upper case translation table. Is it used to perform file name comparison (to sort a directory, or to search for a file), independantly of the filename space to which belong the file names.

Layout

It is simply the list of all Unicode characters in upper case. So the upper case Unicode character corresponding to the Unicode character number n is simply the n-th word of the file.
